SHIPPING IS GUARANTEED FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE ORDER.
Home delivery is carried out via traceable express mail. Orders placed are processed within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

We properly package the ordered products and ship the goods with the original invoice and any instructions attached.

Orders from Slovenia are delivered via the delivery service Pošta Slovenija. Before delivery, the delivery courier will notify you at the contact number (which you provide when ordering).

Orders outside Slovenia are delivered via DHL express mail.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight of the purchased items and location.

Shipping costs do not include any customs duties imposed by some countries and will be paid by the buyer upon delivery.

After the first/second failed delivery attempt, the package will be delivered to the delivery location, if scheduled, or will be held. In this case, you will be contacted for collection or alternative arrangements.
