Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to state a reason for the return. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, together with all accompanying documents and accessories.
2. Refund process
To return a product, follow these steps:
Send an email to our address dejan.lisjak71@gmail.com and inform us of your intention to return the goods.
In your email, please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return (although this is not required).
Return the product to us at the following address: Dejan Lisjak, Krkavče 16, 6274 Šmarje, Slovenia, at your expense, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged.
3. Refund of purchase price
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase amount. Shipping costs incurred by the seller for sending the goods to the buyer will not be refunded to the buyer (neither in the case of a return of the goods nor in the case of non-acceptance of the goods). The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase or to the account you provide us with, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
4. Products that cannot be returned
Products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. cosmetics, dietary supplements).
5. Return of damaged or incorrect goods
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Please include photos of the damaged goods and packaging. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or refund.
